stayed the same this week... and I'm not surprised. Cocktails and Mem Day cookout, ice cream on Monday night and strawberry shortcake and potato salad on Sunday night... am running 3 X a week working on a new step-up program that feels good.
158.6 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
