138.8 lb Lost so far: 53.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you!!! I hit my goal earlier this week so I changed it :) Now I think it's going to be easier to try 5 pound goals since it will be more toning and muscle building than just trying to lose weight. I feel much better than I did a year ago!! Exercise and diet DO work! :)
