I find that at the beginning of the month I am a very motivated person. I exercise almost daily and stick to my diet religiously. however, towards the last week of the month, I slag, a lot. It is the hardest period ever. I don't have the motivation to exercise and I crave comfort food like crazy. Yesterday I was craving the Steers Mighty King Burger, and surely enough, after work, I found my car driving straight to steers to get me a juicy yummy mighty king burger. I ate half of it, but the guilt is killing me. I didn't even log it in my food log.

This is now becoming a trend. Last month my excuse was my son's birthday on the 30th April and my birthday on the 7th May. This time I really don't have any excuses for this silly behaviour. How do I conquer the last week of the month?
