Last Tuesday I had bloodwork done.
In May of 2014, I was 319 pounds, my blood pressure was 140/88 and my good cholesterol was too low, my bad cholesterol too high. My triglycerides were 480.
Last week, my triglycerides were 109 and my cholesterols were optimal. I was at 275 pounds.
In that year, I have lost five inches off my waist--which is still too big to be healthy. Working on it.
By my math, when I reach my goal weight of 240, I will be at 14% body fat. This means I may have to adjust my goal weight down to 230 to be at a better bf%.
And, to top it off, this morning at the gym a guy asked my advice on a lift and said I had "good arms."
Health-wise, things are looking up.
