So glad to still be in the green, sometime it is so hard to stay on my diet , I had a binge day, this week , on jello (could have been worse).Still thankful for fat-secret...and all who understand how hard this is .....and are there for us in our weak times....Thank You!!
219.6 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing GREAT. Jello is not such a bad splurge. I keep some sugarless jello around and that is a nice treat, especially as it gets warmer approaching summer. Just keep on going and you will reach your goal!
