a lot of work today! I know that stress must burn calories but how to add it???? Felt good today. I did not get to weigh myself and I know I must have lost some weight since I started all this cutting down on carbs I am still having trouble eating the number of calories the doctor recommends (2000)I really need a good scale. I am stressing about my husbands sugar levels! He is cheating way too much, he started out good but is really slipping, I am not sure he realizes the consequences of not eating properly.
