I feel so discouraged today. No scale to see how I am doing. No words of encouragement from this community, thought that was a part of the site. I guess all it is good for is as a food diary. I feel like f--ing it all, excuse my profanity but I do not know how else to say it. I joined a challenge of eating low carbs so that I could compare myself to others but can not figure out how to post my results. It seem that the site is too complex for me, funny about that, I can build a computer, give technical support but can not figure out how this site works. I feel like the unpopular girl at school. I have a lot of weight to lose, been half heartedly try for years but was recently diagnosed as pre diabetic, thought I could meet others on here that could teach me about it. Yeah-right. Looked for a group but I guess I am the only individual on here with pre diabetes. yeah, right. I guess it would be easier to eat the way I like, get diabetes and take meds and eat what I what., In fact that sounds like a pretty good idea right now. I am in my late 60's, fat, so really, why worry
