Try cutting out potatoes and dairy. Once I did gluten then dairy, then potatoes, the weight feel off.

already gave up potatoes, pastas, breads, and pretty much any form of grain

have you been eating soy sauce or ott on the fruit??
I find soaked oats and quinoa good for that "need carbs"

If you got to this point, why don't you just do a step further and get on Atkins? At least to kick your metabolism into losing? I am on Atkins (well a little bit tweaked in terms of number of calories) and I still can have bread, pancakes, cookies and the like - I just make it with low carb flour. Lost 21 lbs since February 11.

I have tried pretty much every diet in the world..lol..this time I am just changing my lifestyle to eat natural foods, less packaged/processed foods. If mother nature made it, in its current form, then it's ok to eat. If if came out of a package, time to rethink that choice. And, for the first time in my life, I am seeing that stubborn scale move...
