Wow, I ate a lot yesterday. It was the pretzels that over did it for me. I can't have that kind of thing in the same house with me because I'll eat it. I took the bag to work tonight and gave it to the people I work with. It will be better today. I can still eat a lot of food but the food will be lower in calories, like vegetables and fruits and lean protein.

I do the same thing! Give away food b/c I have no willpower. My boyfriend literally has a secret hiding spot for his chocolate chip cookies because he knows if I found them I'd eat them.

Yeah, it's crazy. It's things like chocolate chips and pretzels that are so easy to eat. You just put your hand in the bag and eat and before you know it you have eaten the whole bag and the next day you're a half an inch wider on the old waist. I think it is best to keep no-no foods away.

Way to turn the tide, buddy!!! LOL. For me its graham crackers, pudding, cookies, or nutella/peanut butter sets off my appetite like crazy. "NO CHOICE!" eliminates the struggle for me. I have substituted "safe" snacks if there isn't a non-food solution. "Fake it till you make it!" Continue to work on your head and believe that you are worth the effort!!!
