Gonna try this higher carb diet and hitting all my reccomended macros. I'm nervous but it's worth a try. I need to start making progress and I'm willing to go outside of my comfort zone to do it. Here I go!!
217.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
