Worked out pretty hard at the gym last night ... well, tried to. Went to the ladies section to use the equipment and found 2 skinny 19 year old's monopolizing the area where the hand weights were at and they were spending more time on their phones giggling and comparing their flat abs in the mirror than much of anything else. Thank goodness I was never like that - LOL! Ended up just going home but still had a good sweaty workout. Maintained my weight from yesterday which I am okay with... that tells me that I am building muscle which burns fat so woo hoo !!! Bring on the muscle ....
172.2 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
