Well, I had dinner with a dear friend last night that just has a girl break his heart. He made us dinner and he knows that I am trying to lose weight, he is too. I show up to packaged pasta that was under cooked and because there wasn't enough water used it was SUPER salty. There was some chicken mixed into it but absolutely no fresh vegetables. So, after dinner I came home and worked out for 1.5 hours hoping to burn off most of those calories but I knew the salt was going to get me. Sure enough, gained a little weight. My goal was to be down to 168 by Monday so this is going to be a very strict intense work out long weekend for me !!! The water weight will come off by tomorrow but I was really hoping to drop at least 1/2 a pound by today not put it on... Next time ... I am making dinner !!!! LOL!
172.6 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
