so yesterday I told myself that I am going to start exercising a little bit to supplement my better eating habits. I am going to be walking 30 minutes 5 days a week to start off, and set a goal to do 30 pushups a day. and than try to increase the time, and number as I see fit. time to get some walking/running shoes. wish me luck.
