I Followed Atkins again for 6 weeks ....not losing ..really restricting carbs religiously... I am now trying a slow carb method starting with Advocare 24 day challenge. I am on day 5. Lost 3 lbs so far . I was 238 at MD office on 5/15. I have struggled with health issues since June 2014. This required steroids long term and I feel maybe that is why I stalled so badly. Exercise was rare.
