Today I had for breakfast: 2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites to make an omelet. I started with 1/2 tsp butter, chopped red onions, sliced mushrooms, 1/4C cheddar cheese, topped with 1/2 avocado.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
