Okay, the last few days have been a complete write off. Been festivaling - eating too much, drinking too much and having the best time! Back in the saddle tomorrow.

You managed to stay the course despite all the festivities. Good job! You deserve credit for your progress, and what you've achieved so far!!! Keep putting yourself first, one day at a time. Make sure you do something every day to get there, just one or two changes every time. Small steps. Consider ordering light beer or a wine sprtizer and an appetizer with a salad instead of an entree for a healthy meal. Eating healthy is a choice, so have the best life you can every day. After all, you are worth it!!!
