I have been in a downward slump! Alot going on in my personal life that I let affect me. Im dealing with it and decided that I can't let it get me down. I can't change anything but myself and I do deserve to live a happy and healthy life. I am clocking in and Im going to reach my goal.

Good for you!! I found working out, for me, was the best destresser. It was ME time. On that treadmil only I matter. I can let go. Eventually I was craving that time on the treadmil... and conquering my weight at the same time :) good luck with it!
