I am loving using FS instead of WW online - NOTHING is free on FS so now maybe I will finally start actually losing some weight when I am being really good sticking to the diet :) I am also spreading the load a bit instead of eating everything at night, I always knew that 4 small meals are better than 1 big one but I always 'hoarded' my points. Now I am also seeing the benefit in that I am eating more of a balance between proteins and carbs - previously I was mostly eating fruit and veggies but found that they are actually loaded with fat and carbs - who would have thought???
