Today is going to be a good day - I have decided on that!
Last night I thought that I had blown it, I made bread and oatmeal cookies (in spite of it being 90+ degrees!). A treat for my husband who is coming back from a business trip. Of course I had to have a cookie or two but when I put everything in my journal, I came in well under RDA - now I am more determined than ever to keep making each day a good day. This morning I forced myself to get up and go for a bike ride - I always feel better afterwards, it is the before that is the tough part !

Yesterday I kept wondering who on earth was roasting chicken in the middle of such a hot day - I kept smelling roast chicken and dressing and it smelled SO good. Only much later in the day did I realize that it was actually the wholewheat bread that was busy rising ha ha

Hope that you all are having a really good day and have the inspiration and courage to keep with the weight battle !
