Had a great weekend. I mentioned my husband having a birthday surprise for me. Well, we went to our favorite Italian restaurant, and when i walked in, there were balloons, and there sat my mom, sister and niece from out of town. he had arranged for them all to be here for my birthday. Very sweet. When he planned it, he didn't know i was going to take a trip down to see them the weekend before. lol. but it was a great surprise. I wondered why he kept cleaning the house all week. that was strange. even changed the sheets. haha. i didn't put two and two together though.
weight is the same. my husband is ready to kick it into high gear. So we should start losing now. when we are both on the same page, we have much better success. they did a health screening at his work and all his results were bad, despite the 30 lbs he has recently lost. so he was a little upset.

What a nice thoughful surprise. Well with you two working together you can't help but be successful. What kind of testing did they do at work?

Cathy...I am not sure, i haven't been able to talk to him yet, but I think it was BMI, blood pressure, ect...
Info....My birthday is the 12th actually, we are just gonna celebrate all week. lol. Thank you for the birthday wishes though.

That's great that you and hubby are "in sync." My spouse and I seem to swing back and forth at opposite ends of the effort and focus spectrums. We do exercise together. It is just the eating part of our efforts that we can't seem to time right! The surprise was very nice and definitely heartfelt. Sounds as if you have a great guy there. I love it when birthdays stretch out to last a week instead of just one day - don't you?
