I am averaging between 1300 and 1500 calories, but I still have a hard time drinking water and getting motivated to exercise. I am going to lessen my caffeine intake and try harder to drink water and exercise.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

Try putting lemon slices [squeeze the juice if you want into your water] or fresh fruits like raspberries etc
