Here we go yet again.

I don't know why I get so lax.
That's a lie.

I get lazy. I want the easy way. I don't want to cook. I get depressed I think. I don't want to take meds though. I know what to do I just don't want to do it.

But I need to. I am not getting any younger and only I can fix me.
