Given my weight this morning, it already shows a 4 lbs loss from what I weighed last Friday morning. Given the changes I made over last weekend, it quickly became apparent I had not been eating enough so I started tracking food intake again. I'm grateful that MyFatsecret now has a workable phone app - now, if only it could synch itself Google Fit, I'd be all set instead of having to individually input my fitness.
