Wow! It took two weeks to get back to my pre-4th of July weight. I really went overboard with the cheating!!! I know that once and awhile, I'm going to have higher carb things, but when I do cheat from now on, I'm going to stick to ONE cheat meal or cheat item...not go nuts all day long! Not only did I "gain" about 7 pounds, but I felt like complete crap for a week! And I WILL be cheating on my birthday at the end of the month (yummy yummy burrito I've been missing you!) but sticking to the plan til then for sure. Thank god I don't like birthday cake... ;)
