I found that if I walk on the treadmill at 3.5 mph and watch Sons of Anarchy on Netflix, I walk a little over 40 minutes and a bit over the 2 miles a day challenge that I signed up for. And I'm not bored.

1671 kcal Fat: 30.90g | Prot: 45.38g | Carb: 206.47g.   Breakfast: Dave's Killer Bread Good Seed Thin-Sliced Bread, Florida's Natural 100% Pure Florida Orange Juice, Dannon Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt, Raspberries, Pineapple, Coffee, International Delight French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: Watermelon, Vegetable Soup (Home Recipe), Great Value Saltine Crackers. Dinner: 1% Fat Milk, Spaghetti (with Added Salt, Cooked), Hunt's Garlic & Herb Spaghetti Sauce, Great Value Texas Toast with Garlic. Snacks/Other: Pinot Noir Wine, Cucumber (Peeled), Celery, Daisy Light Sour Cream. more...
