Had a great time on my trip and stuck to my diet and lost. Got to mark Michigan off my bucket list, beautiful state, beautiful tulips. Got to stand in Lake Michigan. Goodnight ...God Bless!!
221.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
