I have been terrible lately! I've been gorging myself/stuffing my face/ binging on everything for the last 3 days!!!! And skipping the gym.
I think I am ready to return to my plan now. I feel awful, sluggish and tired and bloated all the time and that's no good.
Today is a new day. Off to the gym now. Good luck to me!
