stayed the same this week, although Sunday am down to 122.8, a lot of work & play camping, and not as much eating lol!!!! although that's not good either as Dr. wants a 130# . oh well, I can eat desserts this week,!!!!!
125.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
