Ugh! I only lost 0.2lbs yesterday! I kind of felt like I would not lose a lot because I had pizza, but I kept it thin crust and I only ate 3 slices of an individual! Oh well. Today is a new day! Maybe I will get to the gym tonight to do some weight traning!
127.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
