I'm struggling a bit with keeping my body moving. I'm a computer junkie so I really need to get myself motivated and walk, walk, walk. I have been doing my dance/aerobic workouts which is a plus. I went for a walk two days ago and my legs hurt quite a bit. I can't wait until my endurance builds.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know the feeling, I started climbing 4 flights of stairs ( up and down 3 times in 15 min) my legs hurt so bad but I have to push thru the pain which is hard. Keep up the good work.
