Joanne has thrown down the gauntlet and challenged us to contest- who can lose the most BEFORE the cruise May 15th. My goal is 30 pounds. I am following south beach diet (loosely) and just counting calories/carbs. Trying to keep up with the 5x week exercise program...STay tuned!
