Rough day at work! I did a fairly good job with my eating, but only got in 20 mins of walking for execise.

Don't get discouraged. You can always average your exercise into minutes as well. If getting 40 minutes a day is a challenge, try for 200 minutes a week instead. That way if you work out for an hour one day, it counts for 60 minutes toward that goal.
