Calories too low ... I was so busy with my oldest daughter's doctor appointment and shopping that I really didn't think about eating. I am making dinner now and I will update after dinner. I will NOT over eat trying to make up for the calories I should have eaten. I will start again tomorrow and pay more attention and make sure I'm meeting my calorie goal of at least 1200.
While I was out shopping, I bought two of Jillian Michael's DVD's, Shred it with Weights and Yoga Meltdown. I plan to alternate them each day starting on Monday, July 18.
