Started my diet Monday 5-4-15, have been following my diet pretty closely, only a few slip ups (i.e red bull ahh) but so far I'm down about 1lb. I worked out the first night, but skipped the second night. Need to get back on track. Also, co worker brought in DONUTS!!! So I said NO and didn't get one lol small victory!
