Wednesday, May 6th is National Get Fit Don't Sit Day. You may have always known that exercise is good for your health, but did you know that too much sitting is actually bad for your health? It’s true! In fact, the American Diabetes Association recommends that everyone, including people with diabetes, limit the amount of time they spend sitting and encourage people to get moving at least every 90 minutes.
So tomorrow, on National Get Fit Don’t Sit Day, you’re encouraged to make a commitment to your health!! Who's in???
