Waiting to weigh in TOM coming soon, so weigh ins are always wacky this time of the month. I feel like i've been doing well though. I've been trying to run in the morning. Though yesterday I forgot to set my alarm and woke up too late, better though since I went to bed pretty late to be getting up at 5 15 to run. Did today though, and hopefully tomorrow. I was hoping to get to the gym tonight, but now its like 6 15 and I'm still waiting to finish something up here at work so gym may have to wait if I want to have any time at home before bed tonight. This new project I'm working on has got me working long hours! Eating is going really well though, I've been really good about keeping track of points, and been really good this week about making healthy choices!

As long as you're doing well with your eating you should be fine. Sometimes it's ALL about the eating. Exercise just enhances things and burns energy more efficiently.

yeah. I am really trying to focus hard on my eating. I don't have an issue at all with exercise. If I didn't have other time constraints I would do a whole lot more of it, but little necessity for a job keeps that in check. anyway, yes, things are going ok, though no big changes for a while. Though I know I'm at the point where nothing changes very quickly.

Lala is right about the eating, we keep figuring that out. lol Waking up at 5am is def dedication! keep it up!
