Wow! I lost 2.7kg(5.95 pounds) in 7 days!!! I initially wanted to follow a 5:2 eating regime where I am supposed to eat maximum of 600 Calories on 2 non-consecutive days but since it was my 1st week I decided to ease into it by making my 1st change to be eating a maximum of 1800 Calories per day. I follow the Intermittent Fasting regime of having breakfast after midday and stop eating food at 8pm or so to get a 16 hour fast. Fatsecret has really helped me control my calorie intake and that is such an important factor in the science of fat loss :) Once I start gyming I will be adding weight to my body with muscle mass increasing and will guage my fatloss by measurements rather than weight. Don't be fooled to think that you are not losing fat even if your weight is staying the same or even gone up if you are gyming and eating clean then your results will show in the measurements :) Looking forward to my next weigh-in!!!!
277.8 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
