Bodybeautiful870's Journal, 03 May 2015

I'll be dern.... Bloat. I know why I gained 2lbs this week.... ugh. Dadgum water weight. Hopefully, I can flush it out this week. Really trying to get a grip on my carbs. Didn't buy anything from the grocery store with Flour of any kind in it. Veggies, and what I need to make Un-stuffed cabbage soup. With out the meat in it; it's supposed to be very good for you. And according to weight watchers... the whole pot is around 10 points. I'm not even on weight watchers and I know that's a good thing. Oh, well. I am going to do my best this week and hopefully, get better. Maybe make up for lost time.

P.S. I would like to take a moment to personally thank every one who reads, supports and comments on my journals and weigh in's. It means the world to me to have your good vibes, prayers, and buddy-ship. I hope I can be as encouraging to you as you have been to me.

Flushing out will help the bloat. Cabbage soup sounds great and it does help flush things out. Some sneaky dense carbs are in some of the tastiest foods. If you are going to buy packaged foods, please read the labels carefully. Sticking to shopping in the fresh produce section, yogurt, and egg sections really helps.

I find planning out what I will eat for the day in advance keeps me on track much better.
