Almost at my goal weight. It's been a long tiring experience, but I have learned a lot along the way. I discovered the benefits of clean eating and try to eat more unrefined grains and hormone-fee dairy and less processed foods. It's not always easy especially when family members don't eat or agree with your style of eating. I also purchased a Fitbit. I actually think I'm addicted to it because I find myself jogging in front of the TV to gain more steps and burn more calories. Despite the minor set backs, I've accomplished more than I ever wanted, which is a healthier me.
