I've finally gone over to the dark side. Diabetes! Ack. Getting serious.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The dark side is no fun but I have found that by eating LC (Atkins-style) and getting exercise that I can manage my blood sugar without medications. I have a sister who just does the medications, eats whatever and then adjusts insulin, etc. Watching her weight problems and medication spikes made me determine that there had to be a better way. Good luck!

Thank you Gwen. It is time to stop thinking I have time to do better and just do better. Now. It is nice to hear that you can control your sugars with diet and exercise.
