9st 5 (2 on at WW) I thought it would be up this week but am glad it wasn't by much here at home at least! I think the WW result a bit harsh but then I did lose 3.5 there last week which is excessive so it's probably largely just balancing that out, so I didn't beat myself up about it :-) I got a size 10 jacket & jeans in a charity shop yesterday and was buzzed that they fit, even tho likely the reason they were in the shop in first place was that they were way too big for a real size 10, but I don't let that take the shine off it for me! PMA all the way lol :-) Got to be quite good this week so I'm in *Star* shape for Geekfest Sat! Got done nice indulgences planned for the long weekend tho, but with some activity thrown in too, to somewhat counteract the guilt, if not ALL the calories!!
131.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
