My loss this week is modest, but my mind feels like it has been reset. I have gone back to eating more veggies. I continue to look for new healthy foods that I enjoy. I have been exercising a lot. My pants are fitting better or, in some cases, feeling too big. I am feeling good about life. :)
160.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
