Happy Friday and Happy May!

Well, vacation is just around the corner, and I'm definitely not where I need to be as far as toning. My back injury is much better, but not completely well, so I've been doing exercise DVD's that aren't as strenuous as kick boxing.

We did get our walk with the pooches this morning, and will most likely go again after work. I have tomorrow to myself, so planning some gardening, painting, and exercising :)

Yep sounds fun... you enjoy your time we all need our own time... and I hope you feel better take it nice and slow a back injury is nothing to take lightly... toning will come in due time...tons of hugs to you.. and my love also veggie:)

Thanks Syndi55 and Jillzee00! My back feels much better. I'm prettysure iit's sciatic nerve. The stretching really helps :)

Them sciatic nerves.. have nerves lol but still feel better.. Hey my bar is open to you anytime and I will assist you in not feeling those nasty sciatic nerves at all lol
