Happy Tuesday!
It's raining here...again...so no walk for us this morning. I hurt my back over the weekend, so it's just as well. The injury also nixed my plans to go to Curves yesterday. I think sitting at my desk for hours on end actually makes it worse. I did do one of my Barre DVD's since it's mainly stretching. I can't and won't let my back interfere with activity, because Florida is just around the corner, whether I'm ready or not, LOL.
I'm eating healthy again today, and will do my Barre DVD when I get home. Hopefully, tomorrow I can go to Curves after work.
