Still maintaining at what I first thought should be my ideal weight, but I want to get down to 135. I have started walking or doing yoga each day as well as amping up either running or taking a class five days a week. We shall see how long these last few pounds take...
141.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
