Why does my body want to stay 145?
I'm wondering what all of this is about. I've seen women older and younger, a mom or not a mom, health issues or completely healhty skinnier than I am. I feel as though the argument that my body needs to be this size is completely ridiculous. I want to fight that idea tooth and nail... But each time I drop below 145 I head back up, and not because of poor eating habits or changing routine. I simply cannot stay down at my original goal, and killing myself for a week to lose an extra pound is a continual fight. As long as I'm a size 8, I guess I'm happy, but I'd rather be on the small side of an 8 than on the big side of an 8, you know? Wish me luck...
