Did my workout this AM. Stopped a couple of times durring, but finished! Its amazing how out of shape one can get in only missing a few days. I grilled several chix breasts last night and it was so awesome just having to heat up a plate vs cook anything. I find that when healthy food is readily available I am more apt to stick to my diet. Yawn...super sleepy...ZZzzzzz
