I didn't do so badly considering it was my cheat day. I really love the Archer farms chocolate cranberry trail mix. It soothes my sweet tooth. Thats where I went over on my calories. At least it netted me a bunch of protein. I couldn't work out again today. Partly because of my back, and partly because I went to church with my family extra early this AM. It was raining here the last couple of days but today the sun finally peeked out. No more excuses tomorrow! I'm less than 10 lbs from my goal weight and I plan to be there by June 1st.
