Weighed in at 10:30 had to run with my swim bag on first and that drop the last half pound to get to the way the need to be at but it was a pretty good week a great week of working out I got to be a little strict on the diet I don't have any days over 2000 cal it is going to cut out some of the junk just to keep peeking but proud of myself I got here
243.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
