weekend is the main test of trying to be on track with the diet and the timings.restaurant food and that too after 8.30 pm. also, had a little bit extra of roasted chicken and chicken chilli dry. wa tempted to have mango ice cream but resisted.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 56.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
